Expect very long wait times exceeding an hour before actually seeing the provider. Then the appointment feels rushed, not all issues are addressed, and they insist on scheduling additional appointments instead. Even an annual physical is postponed and are no shows by the doctors. It feels more like a way to collect more insurance payments than provide comprehensive care. The check-in receptionist downstairs is also incredibly rude and unprofessional. She was raising her voice and speaking dismissively to another patient who was simply asking basic questions. Overall, the practice lacks the professionalism and patient-centered care one should expect.

Not sure where to begin…Front desk receptionist are rude and always give you some type of weird look, Always having to wait long periods of time to even get called in to see the doctor, Staff talking about patients (specifically the older lady with a blue head tie), Still having to wait even longer once called into examination room, Place needs a major upgrade on it’s looks…. Will be finding a NEW place to go that cares more about their patients!!!!

Would five zero stars if I could. In the past, I’ve seen Dr Pandya, whom I’ve always had a positive experience with, but this past time when I called, I was told that she is on leave for an indefinite amount of time and that I would be assigned a new doctor, Heather Sealy. So I took the first appointment available, at 8:30 am. Fast forward an hour and a half—still no dr, and no update from staff. I wandered into her hall to see what was going on. The admin assistant who took my vitals was totally checked out. To say she had no bedside manner would be an understatement. She wouldn’t even make eye contact (and it’s worth mentioning, she didn’t seem to know what she was doing when she was taking my vitals, either). Eventually, a more professional and considerate member of staff offered to try to find Heather Sealy, only told me that she was not available and they were trying to find another provider. I ended up leaving without being seen by anyone. Now I am trying to call to make sure my insurance is not billed for the visit but cannot get through by phone as there are 31 people ahead of me. I give it a 5 star because my doctor Alana Herran is one of the best doctors she doesn’t play around with my health issues she help out with all my needs ❤️ the nurses are very friendly and dont have to wait long for my phone calls and am having my dad come as well there

They coded my annual physical exam incorrectly and I’ve been receiving bills from the lab (when I should not have any out of pocket costs for the visit). I contacted the medical coding office LAST YEAR to correct it - since then, haven’t heard back and still getting bills from the lab. I called again and they can’t even find my patient record at all. Don’t recommend this place.
